Three Basic Steps
There are three basic steps that should be taken as an approach to the self-healing process.
- Eliminate: During this phase of the program, we will move forward in understanding the dietary needs of the individual. In doing so, recommendations will be made to eliminate certain foods as needed and to incorporate nutritious whole foods that will allow the body to experience a healthier environment.
- Detoxification: This segment of the program will be focusing on detoxing the body. This is important, as toxic buildup throughout the body, including the colon can set up an environment ripe for dis-ease. There may be different approaches to the detoxification process depending upon existing symptoms and underlying causes.
- Regeneration: Regeneration involves the rebuilding of the whole body, taking into consideration the health of the individuals mind, body and spiritual welfare. This phase of the program will also focus on rebuilding the areas that have been under attack as per the symptoms that have surfaced during the degenerative periods.
There are no quick fixes nor is there one remedy for any one related symptom. Each individual situation is specific as there can be many causes that can show as the same symptom. Therefore, the holistic approach must be specifically adapted to each individual’s symptoms.
